    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
    • Proven experience as a Digital or Social Media Specialist
    • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
    • Graphic design background is considered a plus , enhancing the candidate's suitability for the role
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

    • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to meet organizational goals
    • Create, and manage all published content (images, videos, and written content)
    •  Monitor effectively social media platforms
    • Regularly check for trends and monitor competitors’ activity
    • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages
    • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
    • Collaborate with internal teams, especially medical marketing, to ensure brand consistency
